Mr. Richard Quek, PBM MBA
Chairman
Richard has many years of business development experience within the Information Technology and VoIP sectors. He has official training in both Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia in 2002. Richard serves as the Director of a Singapore-owned company providing business communication services and solutions, he also leads the sales and marketing team of a regional IT distributor in VoIP solutions and applications. He has vast experience in handling turn-key projects for call centers and large businesses within the region.
Richard feels strongly about giving back to society, during his free time, he serves in grassroots organizations and various committees, including:

Mr. Manikandan Chockalingam

Persona:
Mani enjoys the harmony of his family and long walks. A devoted and loving father, he believes in exemplifying the true values of life to his child. He is an extensive traveller, who discovers new dimensions and deeply appreciates different cultures and faiths.
Mani founded Cal4Care Group in 2006 to distribute VoIP solutions in the Asian market. Since, he has expanded the company’s offering to include globally renowned vendors and products as well as developed the innovative call center solutions Mr.VoIP and mConnect. His knowledge, experience, and strong leadership have brought the company forward and in 2019 they received the SME award for fast-moving companies. In 2020, at the heart of the Covid-19 pandemic, he launched ITFS, a non-profit organization that offers IT & networking training free of charge. In his spare time, he loves to travel, discover new experiences and spend time with his family.
Philanthropy:
Mani founded ITFS, with the goal to uplift financially underprivileged communities. His ardent flair for technology and its impact on the society guided his passion to elevate the financially challenged young generation through imparting free IT-related education and training programmes. He supports the cause by providing free IT-education, relevant equipment and scholarships and helping the youth achieve a prosperous career. He also encourages the youth to commence their own start-ups.
Mrs. Dipaah Chidambaram
Treasurer
Qualifications:
- Member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI)
- Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science. (M.Sc Software)
Background:
- Dipaah, CFO and MD of Cal4care Pte Ltd, with 18 years of progressive and diverse experience in the auditing and financial industry. She has experience with Public Interest Entities, statutory boards and MNC, working in auditing, accounting, and finance. She is a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and ensures that all of the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Dipaah started her career in 2002 with Deloitte India followed by Deloitte Singapore and Mazars Singapore. Apart from Cal4care, she is also presently an Associate Director of Wellton & Trent PAC and is also the treasurer of the non-profit society run by the board, IT Foundation Singapore.
Relevant Experience:
- Extensive audit and assurance experience spanning a range of industries including public companies, SMEs, statutory boards, multinationals and not-for-profit organisations.
- Industry experience covers advertising, automotive, financial services (including banking), investment companies, town councils, non-profit organisations, internal audits, manufacturing and distribution, shipping, and software development.
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Outside of work, Dipaah loves to spend time with her family, gardening and travel around the world to experience different cultures.
